1. Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Items must include all original accessories, manuals, and documentation.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: products that have been opened or used, items marked as "non-returnable" on the product page, products with broken seals or tampered packaging, items purchased during clearance or final sale events, and perishable goods.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ecorootshyd@gmail.com with your order ID and photos of the issue. We will arrange a free pickup and send a replacement or issue a full refund at your preference.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, log in to your account and go to My Orders. Select the order and item you wish to return and follow the return instructions. Alternatively, email us at ecorootshyd@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with pickup details.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI. We will contact you for your bank details.

6. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations such as items that show signs of use, missing parts or accessories not due to our error, or items returned more than 7 days after delivery. In such cases, we will notify you of the deduction before processing the refund.

7. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for the same item in case of damage or defect. If you wish to exchange for a different product, please return the original item and place a new order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
