3. Product Information
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, or error-free. All Ayurvedic products are sourced from registered manufacturers and comply with applicable AYUSH guidelines. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment must be made at the time of placing an order. We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD). UPI and card payments will be available soon.
5. Order Acceptance
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity. In case of cancellation, you will be notified and any payment made will be refunded.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across India. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days depending on your location. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹500. A flat shipping fee of ₹60 applies to orders below ₹500. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather, strikes, or courier delays.
